1. Planned pleasure - Plan relaxation time into your schedule, and be mindful of how you use it
  2. Talking - Talk about your struggles/stresses with people, as it will help you process it and assure you that you’re not alone
  3. Meaningful work - The amount of meaning/fulfillment your work gives you and aligns with your vision correlates to your risk of burnout
  4. Sleep - Prioritize sleep over all things, as sleep is the bedrock your mental health builds on
  5. Ripcord - If it becomes too much at some point, “pull the ripcod” (cancel everything for a day, regardless of “letting people down”) and mentally reset
